Who we are
Dript Exterior Cleaning is a locally owned business based on Brisbane's northside, founded by Phoenix and run by a team of technicians we train ourselves. We wash houses, roofs, windows, gutters, solar panels and hard surfaces for homeowners, body corporates and businesses across Brisbane and South East Queensland: more than a thousand properties so far, from post war cottages to seventy unit complexes, with 170 or more five star reviews on Google to show for it.
We are not the cheapest, and we do not price match. We know the results and the experience we deliver, and if we cut corners on price you would be right to wonder where else we cut them. What you get instead is a clean done properly, by people who will be there if anything is not right.
How we work
Every surface is cleaned with the method that suits it. Walls, roofs, render, timber and anything painted are soft washed: low pressure and the right chemistry, which kills mould, algae and lichen at the root instead of smearing it around. Concrete, pavers and aggregate get controlled pressure with a surface cleaner, because they can take it. Nothing is high pressure cleaned that should not be.
Before we start, we assess the property and take the precautions it needs: electrics bagged and taped, outdoor furniture and TVs covered, the garden rinsed before, during and after, rainwater tanks protected during roof work, harnesses on every roof and ladders locked. We typically spend 30 to 90 minutes on setup and a full safety check. When we finish, we walk the property with you, send before and after photos of every elevation, and you pay only once you are happy.

Our team
The people who turn up are Dript technicians, in uniform, in Dript vehicles, trained by us. Every technician who works on a roof holds a working at heights certification. If we ever bring in outside help on a large job, you will know before we start. Before the appointment you get reminders by text and a short list of what to move; on the day you get a message when we leave the office so you know when to expect us.
